The Region

In Rupertiwinkel, the world is still in order. The cultural region borders on neighbouring Chiemgau, and is located in the protected biosphere of Berchtesgadener Land. You can find rare flowers and herbs here that are extinct elsewhere. Königssee and Watzmann are nearby. The Waginger, Tachinger, and Abstdorfer swimming grounds are in front of your doorstep. It’s only a short hop over to Salzburg and Bad Reichenhall with the train from Teisendorf. This makes getting active in the region an absolute must!
